hope you are well and happy. i am a serious buyer, I have just left the raf and i am looking for a bar in or around this area. could you send me more details please full address and some more pictures. and would staff stay on if i take over, also are there a music licence as i am a singer and would want to entertain my customers. i just want to take my family out of this hell hole britain and make a better life for them. i have all the cash avalible and also would like to talk about long term rental. also would you be available to help me at the begining.

Does the bar rental / lease include upstairs or do you intend to continue to run the businesses from there in the future?
What price is the bar lease and the terms of the lease contract please?
Great website and gorgeous team - would these be available also or would they wish to remain working directly in your other businesses?
